About The PDF Rotate & Reorder Pages

PDF Rotate & Reorder Pages creates a new PDF with selected pages rotated, reordered, or both. It is designed for fixing scanned documents, rearranging merged files, and cleaning up page sequence before sharing or archiving.

The edit runs in your browser and exports a modified copy. The selected source PDF is not overwritten.

How to Rotate or Reorder PDF Pages Online

  1. Choose the PDF file you want to edit.
  2. Choose the rotation amount. Use 0 if you only want to reorder pages.
  3. Enter the pages to rotate, such as 1-3,5. Leave it blank to rotate all pages.
  4. Enter a new page order when needed, such as 3,2,1,4 or 4-1.
  5. Process the file, preview the result, and download the new PDF copy.

Choosing Options Correctly

Rotate range:
Leave the range blank to rotate every page, or enter ranges like 1-3,5 when only specific pages need rotation.

New page order:
Leave the order blank to keep the current sequence. Enter a comma list or reverse range when pages need to be rearranged.

Common Use Cases

  • Rotating pages that were scanned sideways or upside down.
  • Moving cover pages, appendices, signed pages, or attachments into the right position.
  • Reversing a document or building a custom page sequence from an existing PDF.

Quick FAQ

Does this change my original PDF?
No. The reordered or rotated PDF is exported as a new file.

Are my PDF pages uploaded?
No. Page operations are designed to run locally in your browser.

Can page ranges go backward?
Use the page-range syntax supported by the tool. Review the output order before sharing.

Why can large scanned PDFs be slow?
Scanned PDFs contain large page images, so loading, rendering, and rewriting them takes more memory and time.
